Sioen Industries is seeking a Back Office Responsible to manage a dedicated customer portfolio, coordinate orders and deliveries, and maintain excellent customer experience. You will liaise with Sales, warehouse, supply chain, and production planning to ensure smooth operations and accurate follow-up.

The role requires strong communication, multilingual abilities (English, plus French or German), and knowledge of transport coordination and customs procedures.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with transport coordination and customs procedures is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage your own customer portfolio from A to Z and coordinate orders and deliveries.
• Be the main point of contact for clients, providing product and delivery information.
• Coordinate stock and advise on rebates and commissions; support transport activities and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, warehouse, supply chain, and production planning teams to optimize customer experience.
• Backup for customs documentation and export requirements; assist colleagues as needed.
