Sioen Industries in Ardooie, Belgium, is seeking a Back Office Responsible to manage a dedicated customer portfolio from A to Z, provide product and delivery information, and offer proactive support to clients.

You will coordinate orders and deliveries with customers, transport, warehouse, and planning teams, handle rebates and commissions, and act as a backup for customs documentation, while working in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

Higher education degree in a relevant field.
Experience in customer service or back-office roles is preferred.
Strong communication skills across multiple languages.
Knowledge of transport coordination and customs procedures is an asset.
Ability to work independently and in a team, under pressure.

Responsabilités

Manage your own customer portfolio from A to Z.
Coordinate orders and deliveries with customers and transport.
Maintain regular communication with Sales, Warehouse, Supply Chain and Planning teams.
Coordinate stock lot sales and ensure accurate administration and follow-up.
Assist with transport orders, monitoring performance and reporting.
