Responsabilités

• Managing inbound and outbound logistics flows in the warehouse.
• Organising and following up pre- and on-carriage transport.
• Administrative processing of logistics files for assigned customers.
• Checking and following up data for invoicing.
• Handling and following up damage claims and operational deviations.
• Solving operational issues in cooperation with internal departments.
• Acting as operational contact between customer and internal teams.
• Following established processes and customer-specific work instructions.
• Identifying bottlenecks and proactively proposing solutions.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of processes.
