Job summary

Unilin Flooring is seeking a Product Manager B2C Sheet Vinyl to own the end-to-end portfolio and drive growth across international retail and DIY channels. You will build data-driven business cases, shape roadmaps for new collections, and analyze market trends to guide portfolio decisions.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Design, R&D, Supply Chain and Planning to ensure a cohesive consumer experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in product management or portfolio analysis is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the full B2C Sheet Vinyl portfolio and manage end-to-end lifecycle.
• Build data-driven business cases and translate insights into portfolio decisions.
• Lead roadmaps for new collections and align with consumer, retailer, and market trends.
• Estimate volumes and profitability for portfolio decisions and launches.
• Prepare showroom spaces, participate in fairs, and support product trainings.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors and other stakeholders to ensure portfolio consistency.
