UNILIN is seeking a Marketeer to bring brands to life across Southern Europe, coordinating launches, campaigns and in-store experiences. You will work closely with Sales, customers and international marketing teams to deliver memorable customer experiences and drive commercial ambitions.

You will coordinate multiple initiatives, manage budgets and develop impactful marketing tools while traveling to markets a few times a year to see your work in action.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Strong project coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, solution-oriented with good stakeholder management.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and execute product launches from A to Z, translating global launch plans into local market activations.
• Manage rollout of marketing campaigns, retail activations and customer loyalty initiatives.
• Lead implementation of the In-Store Experience concept with internal and external partners.
• Support sales with marketing materials, presentations, samples and campaign tools.
• Manage marketing materials and POS assets for timely tools availability.
• Act as central contact for day-to-day marketing operations and project coordination.
• Collaborate with customers and sales to identify market opportunities and optimize local activities.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and KPIs to maximize ROI.
