Job summary

Unilin in Belgium is seeking a Marketeer to drive local market activations that align with global launch plans. You will work closely with Sales and international marketing teams to bring brands to life and create memorable customer experiences across Southern Europe.

You’ll coordinate multiple projects, manage campaigns and materials, and support sales with impactful assets. You may travel to markets a few times a year to see your work realized in practice and contribute to growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Excellent project management with ability to move multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Hands-on mentality combined with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and able to work with different stakeholders.
• Fluent in Dutch, English and French.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute product launches from A to Z, translating global plans to local activations.
• Manage rollout of marketing campaigns, retail activations and customer loyalty initiatives.
• Lead implementation of In-Store Experience concept with internal and external partners.
• Support sales with marketing materials, presentations, samples and tools.
• Manage marketing materials and POS assets and ensure timely availability.
• Be the central point of contact for daily marketing operations and coordination.
• Collaborate with customers and sales to spot market opportunities and optimize activities.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and KPIs to maximize ROI.

Working closely with Sales, customers and international marketing teams, you play a key role in bringing our brands to life and creating memorable customer experiences throughout Southern Europe.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute product launches from A to Z, translating global launch plans into successful local market activations.
• Manage the rollout of marketing campaigns, retail activations and customer loyalty initiatives.
• Lead the implementation of our new In-Store Experience concept, coordinating internal stakeholders, external partners and customers to ensure flawless execution.
• Support the sales teams with impactful marketing materials, presentations, samples and campaign tools.
• Manage marketing materials and POS assets, ensuring the right tools are available at the right time.
• Act as the central point of contact for day-to-day marketing operations and project coordination.
• Work closely with customers and sales teams to identify opportunities in the market and optimize local marketing activities.
• Monitor budgets, project timelines and performance indicators to maximize impact and return on investment.

Who are you?

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• You enjoy coordinating projects and keeping multiple initiatives moving simultaneously.
• You combine a hands-on mentality with strong organizational and project management skills.
• You are proactive, solution-oriented and comfortable working with different stakeholders.
• You communicate easily with both local and international teams.
• You are fluent in Dutch, English and French.
• A few times a year, you will have the opportunity to visit our markets and customers to see your work come to life in practice.
