Job summary

Codit is seeking a Domain Lead Integration to drive presales, technical delivery excellence and domain growth in its Integration group in Belgium. You will combine deep expertise in Azure Integration Services with strong leadership and customer-facing skills, acting as a trusted advisor for customers and a technical leader within Codit.

In this role you will guide architects and delivery teams, shape reference architectures, ensure secure and scalable solutions, and build lasting relationships

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in integration and cloud architecture.
• Strong expertise in Azure Integration Services: Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs, Azure Functions.
• Experience leading workshops, solution assessments and pre-sales engagements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English for technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to align technical strategy with customer and business objectives.
• Coaching mindset with a passion for knowledge sharing.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales activities including workshops, assessments, estimations, PoCs, demos and solution shaping.
• Translate customer challenges into solution architectures, technical proposals and delivery approaches.
• Support account teams in opportunity development, positioning and closure.
• Define and evolve Codit's Integration vision, reference architectures and best practices.
• Ensure solutions are architected according to best practices for security, scalability, maintainability and observability.
• Guide architects and delivery teams on complex integration engagements.
• Align customer roadmaps with Codit's delivery and operational capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Microsoft and strategic partners.
• Share knowledge, coach colleagues and drive competency growth within the Integration domain.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, events and community activities.
• Take up billable architecture activities where appropriate.
