Codit seeks an experienced Domain Lead Integration to drive presales, technical delivery excellence and domain growth within the Integration domain. You combine deep expertise in Azure Integration Services with strong leadership and customer-facing skills, acting as a trusted advisor, mentor and technical leader at Codit.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in integration and cloud architecture.
• Knowledge of integration patterns, API-led architectures, event-driven architectures and hybrid integration.
• Experience leading workshops, solution assessments and technical pre-sales engagements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Dutch and English toward technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to align technical strategy with customer and business objectives.
• Coaching mindset and a passion for knowledge sharing.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong customer focus.

Responsabilités

• Lead pre-sales activities including workshops, assessments, estimations, PoCs, demos and solution shaping.
• Translate customer challenges into solution architectures, proposals and delivery approaches.
• Support account teams in opportunity development, positioning and closure.
• Define and evolve Codit's Integration vision, reference architectures and best practices.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security, scalability, maintainability and observability best practices.
• Guide architects and delivery teams on complex integration engagements.
• Align customer roadmaps with Codit's delivery and operational capabilities.
• Build strong relationships with customers, Microsoft and partners.
• Share knowledge, coach colleagues and drive integration competency growth.
• Contribute to marketing, events and community activities.
• Attend billable architecture activities where appropriate.

About the Job

As Domain Lead Integration, you are accountable for presales, technical delivery excellence and domain growth within Codit’s Integration domain.

You combine deep expertise in Azure Integration Services and enterprise integration with strong leadership and customer-facing skills. You act as a trusted advisor for customers, a mentor for colleagues and a technical leader within Codit.

Your responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales activities including workshops, assessments, estimations, PoCs, demos and solution shaping.
• Translate customer challenges into solution architectures, technical proposals and delivery approaches.
• Support account teams in opportunity development, positioning and closure.
• Define and evolve Codit’s Integration vision, reference architectures and best practices.
• Ensure solutions are architected according to best practices for security, scalability, maintainability and observability.
• Guide architects and delivery teams on complex integration engagements.
• Align customer roadmaps with Codit’s delivery and operational capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Microsoft and strategic partners.
• Share knowledge, coach colleagues and drive competency growth within the Integration domain.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, events and community activities.
• Take up billable architecture activities where appropriate.

About You
