Editx is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, evolve, and operate a secure, scalable AWS platform. You will drive automation, deploy multi-account environments, and advance platform governance and observability.

The role emphasizes collaboration with development and infrastructure teams to integrate security and non-functional requirements into the delivery pipeline. This position offers a modern AWS-driven working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and running AWS-based platforms.
• Experience with IaC (CDK, Terraform) and automation.
• Strong understanding of security, IAM, encryption.

Responsabilités

• Design, manage, and improve the AWS platform for availability, security, and scalability.
• Deploy and administer multi-account AWS environments following best practices.
• Develop and maintain IaC using AWS CDK, Python, and Terraform.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with security integrated into delivery.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability to proactively resolve issues.
• Ensure platform security, governance, and compliance through IAM & encryption.
• Collaborate with Dev and infra teams to meet non-functional requirements.
• Promote DevOps practices and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Contribute to strategic evolution and innovation of the platform.

Role

As a Platform Engineer, you will play a key role in the reliability, governance, and continuous improvement of the AWS platform.

Your responsibilities include:

• Design, manage, and continuously improve the AWS platform, ensuring high availability, security, scalability, and performance.
• Deploy and administer multi-account AWS environments following architecture best practices.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK, Python, and Terraform.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines while integrating security throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure platform security, governance, and compliance through IAM, encryption, vulnerability management, and internal security standards.
• Collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to integrate non-functional requirements such as security, automation, and scalability.
• Support development teams by promoting DevOps best practices and maintaining clear technical documentation.
• Contribute to the strategic evolution of the platform through continuous improvement initiatives and innovation.
