Stott and May Inc. is actively seeking an experienced DevOps & Cloud Platform Engineer to design, deploy and maintain secure, scalable cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments in Belgium. The role focuses on AWS, CI/CD and automation, working closely with development and operations teams to deliver reliable platforms.

You will apply DevSecOps principles, Infrastructure as Code and automation to ensure secure deployments and platform reliability across cloud and on‑premise environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering secure, scalable cloud or hybrid infrastructure.
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or equivalent certification is mandatory.
• Strong DevSecOps, CI/CD, and automation experience.
• Scripting knowledge across Bash, Python, PowerShell and Ansible.
• Experience with OAuth, JWT and OpenID Connect.
• Solid cloud security and identity/access management understanding.
• English at B2 level or higher, written and spoken.

Our client is a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) looking for an experienced DevOps & Cloud Platform Engineer to support the design, deployment and maintenance of secure, scalable cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.

The role will focus heavily on AWS, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD and automation, working closely with development and operations teams to deliver reliable and secure platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain secure, scalable AWS and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code and automated platform solutions.
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines, applying DevSecOps principles throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Automate operational processes using Bash, Python, PowerShell and Ansible.
• Support secure and reliable application deployments across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Integrate identity, authentication and access-management solutions using technologies such as OAuth, JWT and OpenID Connect.
• Work closely with development and operations teams to improve deployment processes and platform reliability.
• Contribute to security, compliance, resilience and continuous improvement across the environment.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years' experience delivering secure, scalable and compliant cloud or hybrid infrastructure solutions.
• Strong hands-on AWS experience. Azure and/or GCP experience is advantageous.
• Strong DevSecOps and CI/CD experience.
• Proven Infrastructure as Code and automation experience.
• Strong scripting experience with Bash, Python, PowerShell and/or Ansible.
• Experience with OAuth, JWT and OpenID Connect.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, identity and access management.
• English at minimum B2 level, both written and spoken.

Certification

Mandatory: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, or an equivalent certification.

The certification must be valid and remain in good standing throughout the contract.
