Job summary

SThree_UK is seeking an AWS Platform Engineer to join our Data Platform team in Brussels with a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will build and operate cloud-native data platforms, leveraging Python, Terraform, AWS, and Kubernetes to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage Snowflake resources with IaC, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure governance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with Python and Shell scripting for automation and tooling.
• Hands-on Terraform and Infrastructure as Code implementation.
• Deep AWS knowledge including networking, IAM, compute and storage.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS in deploying and operating containers.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Git (Bitbucket).
• Snowflake administration knowledge including RBAC and object lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate cloud-native data platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation and tooling for the data platform.
• Provision and manage Snowflake resources using Terraform.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to ensure platform governance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and optimize platform performance and security.
