Job summary

Origin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a VP of Sales for Belgium in the aviation industry. This consultancy role is remote-based, offering strategic leadership to drive new business with UHNWIs and corporate clients while ensuring renewals and add-ons.

You will own territory development, build executive relationships, and report on forecasts. Fluent English and French or Flemish are required, with a proven track record in high-end sales and knowledge of the local market.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Business English; and either French or Flemish.
• Experience selling to UHNWIs (High Net Worth Individuals).
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and territory management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead follow-up, and closure.
• Build and expand relationships with existing and potential customers regionally.
• Retain and service long-term Owner relationships with Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate prospect data in Salesforce and other systems.
• Prepare sales reports and territory business plans for management.
