Job summary

ASL Maintenance, Belgium-based, is seeking an Auditor/Compliance Specialist to ensure MOE and SMS adherence, regulatory compliance, and effective audit execution across the Part 145 framework.

You will support audit planning, conduct internal and external audits of contracted services, track actions, and help maintain safety policies in alignment with Executive objectives. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in administrative field or aviation studies.
• Knowledge of Part 145, Part M, Part CAMO and Continuous Airworthiness regulatory framework.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Safety Management Systems and auditing techniques.
• Knowledge of EASA PART 147 and PART 145 regulations or Part 66 / B1-B2 qualification is a plus.
• Clean certificate of good conduct (required for work on airport sites).
• Previous experience in a similar role (EASA Part 145 or ISO 9001) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Part 145 regulations (European and national requirements).
• Analyse data and produce defined dashboards.
• Draft summaries of internal and external audits for the Management System Manager.
• Participate in updating the SMS reference system and ensure consistency for Part 145.
