Job summary

TUI is seeking a Compliance Auditor E&M to uphold aviation safety and regulatory standards across its centralised auditing service. You will audit across multiple AOCs and ensure compliance with EASA, IOSA, and local regulations, while collaborating with teams globally within the TUI Airlines Auditor Pool.

Travel will be required to conduct audits, with office attendance in line with local policies. The role supports continuous improvement and operational excellence in safety-driven processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance monitoring, auditing, or quality assurance within aviation.
• Strong understanding of aviation compliance concepts and standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to influence operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external audits across TUI AOCs to ensure EASA, IOSA, and local regulations compliance.
• Collaborate with the TUI Airlines Auditor Pool to align audit planning and delivery.
• Review root cause analyses, approve corrective action plans, and monitor implementation within deadlines.
• Perform compliance checks of E&M manuals and documents, ensuring alignment with regulations and procedures.
• Monitor external service providers and support wet-lease audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead or co-audit across multiple operational domains with access to necessary organizational areas.
