skeys is seeking a Compliance Management Expert to develop and oversee our cross-functional compliance framework (Level 2) and normative Level 3 requirements. You will translate regulatory changes into concrete obligations and work with departments across the organisation to ensure adherence to ICAO/EASA and Belgian aviation standards.

You will lead monitoring, risk analysis and assurance activities, and deliver training to strengthen the compliance culture within the company in Steenokkerzeel.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent with strong regulatory background.
• Proven ability to translate complex regulations into clear obligations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and coordinate the cross-functional compliance framework (Level 2) and normative Level 3 requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate into obligations and implementation measures.
• Conduct audits, maturity assessments and internal controls to verify compliance.
• Identify compliance risks and advise on mitigation and controls.
• Coordinate with operations, legal, safety, quality and management teams.
• Deliver training and awareness programs to strengthen compliance culture.
• Support business units with regulatory interpretation and governance.
• Based in Steenokkerzeel.
