Victrix Legion is seeking a senior network engineer for on-premises and on-site operations in Belgium. The role requires hands-on experience in enterprise networking, strong routing and switching skills, and a track record in incident management and mentoring engineers.

Candidates with CCNP or equivalent certification, Splunk experience, and familiarity with automation (Python/Ansible) will excel. You will lead major projects and serve as a senior escalation point for the team.

Qualifications

• CCNP-level certification or equivalent enterprise networking expertise.
• 8+ years hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering and operations.
• Strong routing and switching knowledge (BGP/OSPF/STP).
• Experience with Splunk for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Automation experience with Python or Ansible is a plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of network monitoring tools.
• Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
