Job summary

A Senior Manager - Automotive Warranty and Services Expert at AUTO1 Group will join the Financing & Value-Added Services Team and work with Product, Finance, Tech and Claims in Berlin, coordinating with management across 9 European subsidiaries to advance warranty offerings.

You will design and launch projects from scratch, refine planning infrastructure, implement cost controls, create training materials, and drive revenue growth through renewals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Independent work with senior stakeholders at international scale and ownership mindset.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
• 5 years of experience in automotive warranty/maintenance contracts; degree in related field; advanced Excel/Sheets; English proficient.

Responsibilities

• Turn warranty and maintenance programs into powerhouses with refined planning infrastructure and cost controls.
• Develop training materials, optimize product content and grow revenue through renewal initiatives.
