AUTO1 Group is seeking a Senior Manager - Warranty and Services Expert to lead our warranty and services offerings for Autohero across Europe. You will partner with Product, Finance, Tech and Marketing in Berlin and coordinate with 9 local subsidiaries to optimize operations and revenue.

Responsibilities include designing rollouts for extended warranty programs, implementing cost controls, and developing training materials to scale revenue.

Qualifications

• Up to 5 years of relevant work experience in Automotive warranty and/or maintenance contracts management.
• Completed studies in business administration, engineering, computer science, finance or a comparable degree programme.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Full proficiency in English is mandatory, every other European language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Set up financial targets and planning infrastructure for extended warranty and maintenance subscriptions.
• Implement cost-controlling procedures and renewals initiatives to increase revenue.
• Coordinate with Product, Finance, Tech and Marketing across European subsidiaries to optimize operations.
