AUTO1 Group in Belgium is seeking a Senior Project Manager to co-lead strategic cross-functional initiatives across Europe, driving platform performance and growth for AUTO1.com. You will work with management and multiple teams to identify opportunities, design business cases and implement scalable processes that accelerate digital vehicle marketing for B2B customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 5 years full-time work experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical skills with structured thinking and attention to details.
• Fluent in English and German; advanced Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute business initiatives to drive growth of AUTO1.com.
• Gain insights to optimize processes and scale the business in cooperation with management.
• Carry out cross-functional projects at a European level and manage stakeholders across different units such as sales, marketing, product, and analytics.
• Write and review business cases, perform supporting research and drive projects from design to release.
• Drive performance management initiatives on a European level to ensure growth.
• Work as a generalist on different projects and conceptualize key growth initiatives.
