Phoenix Technologies in Brussels is seeking an Automation Tester to design and execute automated tests, manage test data, and explore AI-powered testing tools to raise software quality.

You will collaborate with international delivery teams to develop test plans, implement tests in CI/CD pipelines, and ensure data integrity across Oracle and PostgreSQL databases using Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Java (OpenJDK 21) and follow advanced coding standards.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git version control.
• Strong SQL skills for Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on with AI-augmented testing and generative AI tools.
• Familiar with Docker and Kubernetes containerization.
• Experience with Jira for defect tracking.

• Create and maintain automated test scripts using Java and AI‑augmented tools.
• Manage test data sets and validate data integrity across Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
• Execute tests, record results, and report defects using Jira.
• Maintain regression test suites and ensure coverage of user stories.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines with Git and cloud infrastructure.
• Configure containerized test environments using Docker and Kubernetes.

Required Qualifications
