Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Economics.
• 6-7 years of accounting experience with client management skills.
• ITAA certification is a plus and supported by the company.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Proactive, pragmatic team player with leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support junior colleagues, guiding growth and learning.
• Build strong personal client relationships with tailor-made advice.
• Deliver value beyond the numbers via year-end closings, VAT optimisation, and reporting.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through BDO Academy.
