Johnson & Johnson in Beerse, Belgium is hiring for an Associate Director, Business Engagement. The role focuses on enterprise compliance, building strong relationships with supply chain partners, and shaping audit strategies across ERC (JJIA) programs.

You will lead data-enabled audit insights, standardize end-to-end audit lifecycles, and drive digital enablement of the audit program, including AI-assisted analytics and performance dashboards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 8 years in QA & Regulatory Compliance in pharma/medical devices.
• Strong GxP auditing experience and risk-based audit strategies.
• Knowledge of global cGMP requirements and related systems.
• Experience with data analytics to deliver audits and dashboards.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically/internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Establish effective relationships with key stakeholders to define ERC (JJIA) audit strategies.
• Lead annual audit scheduling and records management across sites and regions.
• Design and improve Pre-Audit Intelligence Packages and audit metrics reporting.
• Propose and implement ERC audit procedure improvements and automation.
• Provide SME support for regulatory changes, acquisitions, and due diligence.
