This role offers growth in an international team, with exposure to internal communications, travel planning, and cross-functional collaboration while you complete your bachelor's thesis.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate in Dutch.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree and seeking hands-on experience.
• Able to thrive in an international environment with teamwork.
• Strong communication, initiative, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 tools and collaboration platforms.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support to the global management team with stakeholder communication.
• Organize international business trips by analyzing needs and aligning with goals.
• Manage internal communication channels such as SharePoint.
• Contribute to development and design of global internal communications.
• Take ownership of campus events, budgeting, and networking activities.
• Support departmental projects with innovative ideas and digital skills.
