Volvo Group is seeking a Graduate to join Technical Dealer Support (TDS) in Oostakker, Belgium. You will handle first-line technical inquiries, remote diagnostics and connected services to help dealers and customers with premium service.

This role offers exposure to next-gen technologies and strong growth opportunities in a global organisation. You will join a diverse team and collaborate across markets to drive quality, performance and solutions.

Qualifications

• Technical background in automotive engineering or broad technical knowledge.
• Analytical approach, problem-solving mindset, and ability to interpret technical documentation.
• Understand how software applications work and connect the dots when needed.
• Experience with computers and quick adaptation to new technology.
• Good collaboration and communication skills.
• Natural inclination for continuous learning and personal involvement.
• Fluent in English and at least one other European language (Spanish or Italian).
• Experience in a dealership as a technician is a plus.

Who are you?

• You have a technical background (automotive engineering) or, by experience, you have built up a broad technical knowledge.
• You have an analytic approach, problem-solving mindset and can interpret technical documentation.
• You understand how software applications work and can connect the dots when needed.
• You have experience working with computers and quickly adapt to new technology
• You have good collaboration and communication skills.
• You have a natural feel for continuous learning and personal involvement
• You are fluent in English,and at least one other European language (preferably Spanish or Italian).
• Any other European language is an asset!
• Experience of working in a dealership as a technician is a plus.
• You are willing to work on shifts. We provide support 24/7.
