Volvo Trucks seeks a Technical Dealer Support professional to join our global team. Bring your automotive engineering background, analytical mindset and ability to interpret technical documentation to support dealers and customers worldwide.

You will work with cutting-edge diagnostics and software, collaborate across teams, and adapt to new technologies while providing 24/7 support in shifts. Fluent English and another European language are preferred.

Qualifications

• Technical background in automotive engineering or broad technical knowledge.
• Analytical approach with the ability to interpret technical documentation.
• Understanding of software applications and how they interact with hardware.
• Experience using computers and the ability to rapidly adapt to new technology.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
• Fluent in English and at least one other European language (Spanish or Italian preferred).
• Experience in a dealership as a technician is a plus.
• Ability to work shifts and support 24/7 operations.

Who are you?

• You have a technical background (automotive engineering) or, by experience, you have built up a broad technical knowledge.
• You have an analytic approach, problem-solving mindset and can interpret technical documentation.
• You understand how software applications work and can connect the dots when needed.
• You have experience working with computers and quickly adapt to new technology
• You have good collaboration and communication skills.
• You have a natural feel for continuous learning and personal involvement
• You are fluent in English,and at least one other European language (preferably Spanish or Italian).
• Any other European language is an asset!
• Experience of working in a dealership as a technician is a plus.
• You are willing to work on shifts. We provide support 24/7.
