Intrum is seeking an AI Engineer to design and implement AI-driven workflows, integrating LLMs into enterprise production systems. You will develop reusable patterns and partner with the LLMOps team to ensure reliable, scalable deployments across markets.

• Strong foundation in software engineering principles and design patterns.
• Experience building and operating production-grade AI/ML systems.
• Exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based solution development in real-world projects.
• Ability to navigate structured multi-stakeholder environments and drive alignment.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions and workflows.
• Integrate LLMs and other AI services into enterprise production systems.
• Develop reusable solution patterns and shared components.
• Partner with Infrastructure / LLMOps to operationalize AI solutions, including deployment, observability, evaluation frameworks, governance, cost control, and reliability at scale.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI services and artifacts, including testing, evaluation gates, versioning, and controlled promotion across environments.
• Collaborate with local market teams to enable scalable, repeatable deployments.
• Contribute to engineering standards and best practices for AI at scale, including security, compliance, monitoring, and release processes.
