Job summary

Sagacify is seeking a Mid-Level AI Systems Engineer to bridge AI engineering and MLOps. You’ll design, build, deploy, and operate production‑grade AI systems with a focus on generative AI, LLMs, and reliable ML operations.

You'll split time roughly 60–70% on AI Engineering and 30–40% on MLOps, collaborating across Sagacify and Craftzing teams. This role offers a hands‑on environment, growth toward leadership, and a culture of learning with flexible schedules and regular team events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of AI/ML engineering experience
• Strong understanding of LLM fundamentals and generation parameters
• Experience deploying production AI systems
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement AI systems with LLMs and RAG pipelines
• Develop autonomous agents and conversational components
• Build and optimize RAG data pipelines for reliable answers
• Monitor production latency, costs and quality metrics
• Deploy scalable AI solutions with secure workflows
• Maintain up-to-date MLOps practices and tooling
