Septentrio in Leuven seeks an Applications Support Engineer to bridge customers, field applications, and engineering, solving complex issues and shaping better products through direct customer insight.

The role spans technical support, application engineering, product improvement, and customer engagement, with benchmarking GNSS solutions, data analysis, and training for customers, partners and internal teams; travel about 5–10% and fluent English required.

Qualifications

Master’s or technical bachelor’s degree in electronics, computer science, geomatics or equivalent.
Strong understanding of software and hardware integration.
Analytical mind capable of data-driven problem solving.

Responsabilités

Own and drive the resolution of complex customer issues with Engineering, Product Management and Operations.
Provide technical guidance and product training to customers, partners and internal teams.
Benchmark GNSS and GNSS/INS solutions and analyze application data for insights.
Support validation, field testing and investigations and contribute to product improvements.
Engage with customers to understand challenges and maximize Septentrio technology value.
