Magnax is seeking an Applications Engineer in Kortrijk to act as the technical link between customers, the market, and R&D. The role involves taking inquiries, translating RFIs/RFQs into motor requirements, building proposals with pricing, and supporting datasheets and sales tools while engaging in customer visits and trade fairs.

Based in Belgium, you will work with an international team to drive the best motor solutions and report market insights to management.

• Translate customer specs (RFIs/RFQs) into motor requirements with R&D, and select the right motor solution.
• Build proposals, including pricing, and follow up until the project is won.
• Track the robotics market and identify where axial flux motors bring the most value.
• Report insights to management to guide product and commercial choices.

Magnax builds next-generation electric motors based on yokeless axial flux technology. They are compact, light and efficient, which makes them a strong match for robotics. We're a team of about 30 people in Kortrijk, mostly engineers from many countries. We work in English and move fast from idea to prototype.

As Applications Engineer, you are the technical link between our customers, the market and our R&D team.
