Stitchd BE in Belgium is seeking an Analytics Engineer to design and maintain robust data pipelines and models that enable deeper analytics and activation. You will help create clean, reliable datasets supporting marketing strategies and product development.

You’ll shape the data infrastructure, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and collaborate across marketing, IT and data science in a hybrid Belgium/Netherlands setup, using SQL, Python and ELT/ETL workflows.

Qualifications

• Solid background in data and analytics with hands-on experience in data platforms.
• Experience designing scalable data models and robust pipelines.
• Strong SQL skills including window functions and aggregations.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines feeding analytics-ready datasets.
• Design and maintain clear, performant data models for analytics and activation.
• Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure reliability.
• Translate business needs into scalable data solutions and own data architecture decisions.
• Enable insights by supporting dashboards and analyses with clean data.
• Optimize the data stack and stay current with new tools and practices.
