Keystone Solutions seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to coordinate instant payments products, working on-site at the client Transformation Office and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into IT requirements.

The role requires 6+ years of payments/IT experience, strong English and French, plus a willingness to travel occasionally (Paris). A 50% on-site, 50% remote work arrangement is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in payments or financial IT.
• Bachelor/Master in SEPA / Instant payments analysis or related projects.
• Strong English and French written and spoken communication.
• Dutch is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (Paris).
• On-site with 50% telework expectation.

Mission Overview:

The Business Analyst consultancy mission is offered by Keystone Solutions for a client in the financial sector. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our values and expertise while working on-site at the client’s Transformation Office.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver instant payments products, collaborating with various tribes and business lines from requirements to IT solution design and go-live support.
• Work closely with the product owner and IT squads to ensure delivery of features aligned with the roadmap and business objectives.
• Serve as the point of contact for features, addressing inquiries, gathering feedback, and challenging assumptions for optimal outcomes.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for IT and operations teams.
• Organize and lead meetings/workshops with stakeholders, including local Cash Management, product architects, IT, Operations, and serve as liaison to the business community.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: is a plus
• French: strong written and spoken communication skills
• English: strong written and spoken communication skills

Education:

• Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience in SEPA / Instant payments analysis or projects, regulatory initiatives

Certification:

• Not applicable

Travel:

• Occasional travel to Paris (2 times per year)

Telework:

• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience

Technical Experience:

• Mandatory: Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods, good expertise in MS Office, good understanding of IT and testing
• Preferable: Good knowledge of agile way of working

Business Experience:

• Mandatory: Good understanding of work flow processes
• Preferable: Good understanding of payments processing
