LegalDirect seeks ambitious intern lawyer with a can-do mentality (m/v/x). You will research, prepare, draft, and discuss contracts, and you will follow up files administratively from A-Z.

We handle Takeovers, GPDR compliance, general terms and conditions, commercial disputes, and construction law. Based in Leuven or Brussels, you may travel nationwide; having your own car is a plus. The internship offers remuneration and prospects for a very long collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in law completed.
• Able to translate theory into practical cases.
• Versatile, people-oriented, and independent.
• Communicative and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Research, prepare, draft and discuss contracts.
• Follow up files administratively from A-Z.
• Organize and prepare seminars; make presentations.
• Maintain social media and assist with office logistics.
