Job summary

LegalDirect seeks a sharp-witted lawyer (m/f/x) to prepare, analyze, draft, and discuss a variety of contracts. You will follow up files from A-Z, applying a legal, critical, and strategic eye, including drafting decisions and pleadings.

We handle a range of cases—from takeovers and GPDR compliance to corporate structures and commercial disputes. The role also involves organizing seminars, presenting, managing social media, and building a long-term network with clients.

Qualifications

• Bar internship completed and registered as an attorney.
• Versatile, people-oriented, and communicative.
• Ability to work independently and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and discuss a variety of contracts.

Legal | You will prepare, analyze, draft, and discuss a variety of contracts. You will follow up your files from A-Z. You cast a legal, critical, and strategic eye on all incoming questions. Drafting decisions and pleading are also part of your duties.

Some of our legal cases? Takeovers, GPDR compliance, cooperation agreements, corporate structures, commercial disputes, construction law, ...

Organizational | You will have the opportunity to help organize and prepare seminars. You will make presentations, keep our social media alive and take care of the office. You will have the opportunity to follow additional training and education programs and you will be encouraged to build your network and business relationships in the long term.

Your profile:

• You have completed your bar internship and are registered as an attorney.
• You have expertise through work experience or academic achievement.
• You are versatile, people-oriented, and communicative.
• You work independently and hands-on.
• You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English and French. Additional languages are an asset.
