Imec in Leuven, Belgium, is seeking a Process Engineer with a strong background in deposition techniques, especially Atomic Layer Deposition, to develop and maintain ALD processes for future memory devices. You will work in the MIDA group within imec's 300 mm pilot line, collaborating with equipment and material suppliers, and applying advanced metrology and SPC in a clean-room environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in chemistry, physics, materials science or engineering.
• Hands-on experience operating deposition tools and developing ALD/CVD processes.
• Strong knowledge of thin-film metrology and memory technology.
• Experience with data analysis and SPC in semiconductor context.

Responsabilités

• Develop and sustain thin-film ALD/CVD processes for memory devices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers and project teams.
• Support 300 mm pilot line operations and process characterization.
• Apply metrology data to optimize film properties.
