Challenge Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Liège, Belgium, to support air freight operations. The role focuses on coordinating with commercial, legal, operational and logistics teams to handle customer inquiries and ensure high satisfaction.

The successful candidate will manage bookings, ERP data entry, documentation, and communications, while delivering solutions and maintaining records in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (trade, law, accounting or administration).
• Experience in customer service is an asset.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with internal departments to manage customer inquiries throughout the process.
• Enter booking data into the ERP system accurately.
• Manage and track required documentation for end-to-end service.
• Follow up on bookings and complaints to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain customer records and ensure proper filing.
