• Fluency in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Ensure timely and accurate follow-up of booking requests received via email.
• Enter booking data into the ERP system accurately.
• Manage and track required documentation for smooth end-to-end service.
• Monitor and follow up on groom bookings.
• Understand customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Provide accurate, complete, and reliable information.
• Handle customer complaints, propose suitable solutions, and follow up through resolution.
• Maintain customer records, process accounts, and ensure proper document filing.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective follow-up on complaints.
• Prepare required documentation and summaries for the Legal Department.
• Escalate major incidents and official claims to the appropriate departments.
