Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking an AI Strategy & Innovation Consultant to help organisations identify, prioritise and deliver high-value AI opportunities. You will act as a trusted business adviser, translating AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes and engaging senior stakeholders.

Day-to-day responsibilities include shaping client challenges, running discovery workshops, developing AI prototypes, and presenting executive-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• A business-first mindset and ability to translate technology into tangible business outcomes.
• Practical understanding of AI and Generative AI, including current capabilities and limitations.
• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with AI opportunity discovery, prioritisation or transformation programmes.
• Confidence facilitating workshops and presenting to senior/executive audiences.
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI tools, low-code platforms and vibe coding to create quick demonstrations.
• Understanding of Responsible AI, governance and risk considerations.
• Experience with major cloud and enterprise technology platforms.
• Fluent English and French; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and prioritise AI and GenAI opportunities based on business value, feasibility and risk.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions to turn ideas into actionable recommendations.
• Analyse priorities, trade-offs, risks and investment considerations.
• Develop lightweight AI prototypes and demonstrations, using low-code and AI-assisted development tools where appropriate.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear, compelling executive-level narratives and recommendations.
• Advise clients on Responsible AI, including governance, compliance, ethics and organisational readiness.
• Connect AI opportunities to modern cloud and enterprise technology environments.

You’ll act as a trusted business adviser, connecting emerging AI capabilities to real business needs rather than focusing purely on engineering or technology delivery.
