Teamleader Focus is the work management platform used by thousands of small and medium-sized businesses in Belgium and the Netherlands. You will own the product strategy and roadmap for Focus, leading a team of experienced PMs who shape the product direction with autonomy.

The role emphasizes outcome-driven decisions, customer discovery, and delivering value through AI-enabled product work. You will report to the VP Engineering and collaborate across Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Customer

Qualifications

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for Teamleader Focus.
• Own discovery and ensure solutions address real customer problems.
• Build business cases and measure usage, adoption and revenue impact.
• Lead and grow a PM team, aligning Engineering, Sales, Marketing and CS.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy and the roadmap; translate objectives into an outcome-driven plan.
• Be the voice of the customer; balance discovery with delivery.
• Decide on evidence-based bets; anchor decisions in data.
• Lead the AI shift and maximise Focus AI value.
• Coach and grow the PM team; promote ownership and craftsmanship.
• Align the company around the plan and report to the VP Engineering.
