Paradox EN is seeking a marketer who owns marketing outcomes end-to-end and runs campaigns with AI leverage at scale. You will set strategy and execute across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels, directly impacting growth in a remote-friendly setup.

The role requires 3-5 years of marketing experience, a portfolio of disruptively tested assets, and fluency in French and English. A fast-paced, autonomous environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in marketing with both strategic and hands-on execution experience
• Portfolio > pedigree; tests, landing pages, automations, audiences
• You already use AI daily to create leverage and solve complex issues.

Responsabilités

• Own channel strategy & execution across paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing; execute yourself
• Run campaigns hands-on: briefs, copy, targeting, launch, analysis
• AI leverage: use Claude Code to build assets, automate reporting, generate variations
• Read data in GA4, ad platforms, and Looker Studio; reallocate budget quickly
• Coordinate Growth, Social, and Content Factory to reinforce channels
• Report outcomes with data-backed recommendations to leadership
