Sopra Steria is seeking an AI Business Development Lead in Belgium. You will connect business needs with innovative technology, building a strong pipeline around OptimAI offerings in Supply Chain Optimization & Planning and Smart Search & Assistance.

You will engage prospects with a consultative approach, co-create tailored, value-driven solutions with technical teams, and represent the company at events to generate opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or within a consulting environment, preferably focused on Data Science, AI, or Supply Chain Management.
• Proven drive to engage with prospects and contribute to new business development.
• Skilled in understanding and positioning complex business solutions towards diverse stakeholders.
• Able to communicate effectively with both operational teams and executive decision-makers.
• Strong analytical and consultative mindset, combined with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust-based relationships.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and able to take ownership in a dynamic environment.
• You're fluent in Dutch, English and French.
