Oper is seeking an AI-native Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and ship product and customer-facing software across the platform. You will work end-to-end across back-end services, APIs, and front-end journeys in a hybrid setup with the Antwerp office.

You will apply modern AI tooling as a core part of development, collaborate across teams, and drive scalable, secure solutions for financial services and mortgage technology.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in software development.
• Full-stack experience with Python (Django or FastAPI) and Angular.
• REST APIs and integration experience.
• Experience in financial services or mortgage tech is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Dutch/French/German are a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and ship product and customer-facing software across Oper’s platform.
• Work across the full stack: back-end services, APIs, integrations, data flows, and front-end journeys.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations.
• Own quality end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
