StaffYourTribe is seeking a senior Full Stack Developer to join an AI-driven fintech platform. You will build and maintain modern Full Stack applications using TypeScript and Node.js, while orchestrating AI agents to analyse, design, implement, test and document software.

The role emphasizes translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, contributing to architecture, and ensuring code quality, security and maintainability in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience building scalable Full Stack applications.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservice architectures.
• Experience with REST APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, Event Sourcing and CQRS.
• Hands-on experience using AI throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to critically validate and integrate AI-generated code.
• Experience with Docker, Linux, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Security-aware engineering mindset.
• Comfortable working in fast-changing environments with evolving requirements.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Are you a Full Stack Developer who already uses AI as part of your daily development workflow?

We’re looking for an experienced software engineer to join an innovative fintech environment where AI is becoming a core part of the software delivery lifecycle. You’ll work on a platform that enables trusted organizations to collaborate in the fight against financial fraud by securely exchanging critical signals and insights.

This is not a traditional Full Stack Developer role. You’ll combine strong engineering fundamentals with AI-assisted development to build high-quality software, improve engineering workflows and contribute to the technical direction of a modern platform.
