Job summary

act digital is a global consulting and engineering group delivering digital transformation in software, data, cloud, and AI. You will join our data governance team to advise on AI governance, FRIA, and regulatory alignment with the EU AI Act, while coordinating with data protection and information security teams.

You will lead governance initiatives, translate complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance for business teams, and chair the AI Governance Board to drive measurable

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI governance concepts, regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, GDPR).
• Experience with risk-based approaches and audit-readiness practices.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance for non-specialists.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across business and IT.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across business, IT, legal, and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise on implementation of the EU AI Act including risk classification and governance requirements.
• Conduct FRIA and AI compliance checks with risk analysis and mitigation.
• Embed AI governance into existing governance and delivery processes.
• Develop policies and role models for AI governance that are practical for business teams.
• Monitor regulatory evolution and translate concepts into frameworks and operating models.
• Coordinate with data protection, information security, and data governance teams.
• Advise on tool selection with AI functionality and coordinate risk analysis with Procurement.
• Participate in AI awareness and onboarding frameworks with Architects, Business, and L&D teams.
• Monitor AI governance KPIs such as risk classification coverage and adoption indicators.
• Chair the AI Governance Board and ensure measurable outcomes.
