Bleckmann in Belgium is seeking an AI Developer to design and implement AI/ML and GenAI solutions that drive business impact. You will work with stakeholders, IT, Data Engineers and external partners to translate challenges into scalable AI capabilities.

The role emphasizes governance, data quality, and alignment with business objectives, with a hybrid work setup and exposure to international projects across logistics and data platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL for AI/ML workloads.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, and retrieval augmented generation (RAG).
• Ability to translate business problems into technical AI solutions and work in an Agile environment.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop AI/ML and GenAI solutions based on prioritized business use cases.
• Build scalable AI pipelines leveraging Snowflake and integrated tools.
• Develop, test, and deploy models (forecasting, classification, optimization, etc.).
• Translate prototypes into production-ready solutions and integrate AI with BI tools.
