Blue Harvest is seeking an AI Engineering Lead to shape technical direction across AI, data, software, and cloud platforms. You will own enterprise‑scale AI solutions, guide multiple teams, and partner with clients at executive levels to translate business strategy into practical roadmaps.

This senior role emphasizes hands‑on architecture reviews, prototyping critical components, and setting engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of senior engineers and tech leads.
• Experience designing enterprise AI systems at scale.
• Strong collaboration with clients and stakeholders at executive level.
• Hands-on expertise reviewing designs and prototyping components.
• Experience with AI/ML architectures in regulated industries a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical vision for enterprise AI solutions across AI, data, and platform engineering.
• Design and oversee AI-native architectures, including LLM-driven systems and data platforms.
• Review designs, prototype components, and unblock teams.
• Lead and mentor senior engineers and tech leads.
• Partner with clients at architect and executive levels to translate strategy into roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven differentiation and shape proposals.
• Contribute to thought leadership and engineering standards.
• Drive ownership and continuous improvement across teams.
