Donna is hiring an AI Engineer in Ghent, Belgium. You will build an AI-sales assistant for field reps, tackling LLM frameworks, prompt engineering, AI agents, and RAG systems to enhance user experience. Join an early-stage startup and help shape Donna with global ambitions.

You’ll work on a scalable LLM framework, fine-tuning prompts, orchestrating AI agents, and delivering high-quality user experiences in a fast-paced environment. English fluency and on-site Ghent work are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in an AI/ML or software role.
• Experience on a software product in a technical role.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Willingness to relocate to Ghent, Belgium and work on site.
• Strong ability to break large initiatives into actionable tasks.

Responsibilities

• Leverage best practices and industry tools to solve real-world LLM problems.
• Fine-tune prompting techniques to improve accuracy and relevance.
• Integrate and synthesize data from CRMs, calls, and emails to enrich context.
• Develop multilingual conversational systems.
• Advance RAG systems and build an MLOps/observability suite.
