Job summary

Donna in Ghent is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to help build Donna, our AI-sales assistant for field sales reps. You’ll shape the product and deliver reliable AI experiences that empower users to sell smarter.

You'll tackle agent harnesses, context management, multi-agent orchestration and advanced RAG systems, applying multilingual capabilities and thoughtful AI interactions. You’ll work closely with product, design and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-powered features in a software product.
• Proficiency with TypeScript and Node.js in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Use best practices and industry-leading tools to solve real-life problems with LLM solutions.
• Build and improve agent harnesses, including context management and tool use.
• Own features from problem understanding to rollout, balancing product and technical trade-offs.
• Integrate contextual data (CRM, calls, emails) to enrich LLM context.
• Explore Donna's data to uncover patterns and insights.
• Develop algorithms in multilingual conversational systems.
• Develop and enhance RAG systems for high-quality responses.
• Build evaluations and observability to maintain quality and relevance.
