Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered features in a software product.
• Experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Strong sense of AI interaction design: how AI should behave and manage uncertainty.
• Curiosity about the data behind the product and pattern discovery.
• Ability to break down big initiatives into smaller tasks while remaining flexible.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve agent harnesses with context management and tool use.
• Own features from understanding the user problem through scoping, building, and rollout.
• Integrate and synthesise contextual data to enrich LLM context.
• Explore product data to uncover patterns and turn them into insights.
• Develop multilingual conversational algorithms.
• Develop and enhance RAG systems for high-quality responses.
• Build evaluations and observability to ensure output quality.
