Job summary

Relu, an AI-native company in Leuven, seeks a Technical Support & Quality Specialist to own our Support & Release Quality. You will set up Relu Academy, manage knowledge base, automate answers with AI, and ensure smooth onboarding.

We value two backgrounds: dental domain expert or technical builder, fluent English, Belgian work authorization, and the ability to work from Leuven office at least 3 days per week. This role offers growth and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Valid work authorization in Belgium.
• Able to work from Leuven office at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding by setting up and managing Relu Academy and maintaining the knowledge base, AI bot, and tutorials.
• Boost support by handling tickets, automating recurring questions via the Knowledge Base, and keeping customers informed.
• Guarantee quality by testing new and existing features before releases to prevent regressions.

Education

Master's degree in a technical or business-technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science/AI, Business Engineering, Information Systems)
