Accenture Belgium is seeking a Functional Solution Expert who translates business needs into scalable, innovative solutions by collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams. You’ll shape customer‑centric designs, validate solutions, support go‑lives, and drive adoption while staying curious about AI and agentic AI trends in a global delivery context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in consulting, digital delivery or functional roles bridging business and technology.
• Experience contributing to digital, customer or technology‑driven transformation programmes.
• Strong background in functional analysis, process design, customer journeys and current‑ or future‑state assessments.
• Ability to lead a functional workstream within a broader project scope.
• Comfortable working with customer and digital customer experience technologies.
• Interest in Adobe, Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus; curiosity about these technologies is a must.
• Curiosity and affinity with emerging technologies, including AI and agentic AI.
• Proven communication, presentation and storytelling skills; confident facilitating meetings and workshops.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, adaptable and fast‑learning attitude.

Responsabilités

• Act as the functional bridge between business and IT, ensuring deep understanding and alignment of requirements, priorities and solution design.
• Be at the center of customer technology: helping shape, configure and optimize solutions that drive measurable value.
• Champion the use and integration of modern technologies, with a strong curiosity and interest in AI / agentic AI to enhance team capabilities and solution outcomes.
• Work confidently with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of solutions across the organization.
